This Sundays meet will be organized so that coaches will have time trials going within the regular schedule confines of their practice.

All practice times will remain the same and coaches will be relaying times for swimmers to Coach Craft.

Developmental swimmers will be “practicing/time trialing” during the age grouper practice time of 9-11a.

Practice will be held tomorrow at Percy Walker Pool.

Developmental and Age groupers will swim 4-5p.

Juniors and Seniors will swim 5-7p.

We have been told pool will remain closed through Sunday so at this point no practice will be held on Sunday but if anything changes I will let everyone know.

JUST A REMINDER…………..

We will be taking the opportunity while bubble is going up to do our annual fit clinic.  We will be holding this in the pub upstairs tomorrow, Wednesday September 13th from 5-7pm.    We will have size runs for boys and girls of the new team suit to try on as well as the new warmups, parkas, etc.  You will also be able to order personalized caps, towels and all of the other branded equipment/apparel that we offer.   Please note that all competitive swimmers will need to attend as you are required to have a team suit to swim in all meets.  Rec swimmers are welcome to attend and get fitted but it is not a requirement to get a team suit unless you will be swimming in meets.

The bubble will be going up at the Kingsbury Club beginning next Tuesday September 12th.  They are anticipating it should be complete by Friday/Saturday but as always it depends on the weather.   

That being said, there will be no practices held for any groups Tuesday-Saturday unless we are able to get  pool time at PWP but that will be communicated once we know.

Just a few announcements……….

Practice starts up tomorrow 9/5/17 for all rec groups at the Kingsbury Club.  If Tuesday will be one of your practice days, check in at the front desk and head out to the deck for checkin with your coach.  The roster at the front desk will NOT be updated yet but will be once everyone is registered so get into the habit of stopping by before you proceed to the pool deck.

Juniors will also be starting back tomorrow but your practice will be at the Percy Walker Pool from 530-7p.   The location of Tuesday junior practice may change but for tomorrow report to PWP and Coach Lauren will meet you all there.

Seniors also have practice tomorrow but Coach Craft will be in touch or may have already.

Developmental and Age Groupers start up on Wednesday for the season and if anyone has any questions about practice times go to the homepage and in the middle is a button that says “when we practice”………. it will bring you to the whole schedule for all groups.

Additionally, tentative meet schedule is posted on the site.    From top blue bar go to “USS” which drops down to meet schedule.  Please take a look as I have posted a deadline of 9/18 to let Coach Craft know if you are a competitive swimmer and can’t make any of the meets (or days of meets) he needs to know as comp swimmers WILL be entered automatically into all appropriate meets.
If you are a rec swimmer and would LIKE to be entered take a look at the schedule and he would need to know as your swimmer will NOT be entered automatically.

Lastly, please make sure your swimmer is registered before showing up for first practice and if you have registered and have a new swimmer I need a copy of their birth cert or passport ASAP in order to register them.  This can be emailed, dropped off at the front desk and put in my folder, dropped in my folder back of club, given to your coach.  This is a requirement of NE Swim so please make sure all new or transfer swimmers follow through on this.

***I will be on deck multiple times this week handing out items that were ordered and in stock.  Towels, backpacks, won’t be in right away as they are being embroidered***
